The meeting agenda includes the receipt of annual consolidated financial statements for the year ended Dec. 31, 2025, the election of 10 directors, the reappointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, an advisory vote on executive compensation, and a shareholder proposal.
Shareholders of record at the close of business on April 20, 2026, are entitled to vote. Proxy materials must be received by 10:30 a.m. Eastern on June 12, 2026.
