Graco Inc. (GGG) Adds Steven B. Hedlund to Board

Graco Inc. has added Steven B. Hedlund to its board of directors, with the appointment set to take effect Sept. 10, 2026.

Hedlund is president and chief executive officer of Lincoln Electric Holdings, a role he has held since January 2024, and also serves as chairman of that company. Before that, he was Lincoln Electric’s chief operating officer and held other operating, strategy and business development roles there. Earlier in his career, he was vice president of growth and innovation and vice president of strategy and new business development at Fortune Brands, and previously worked as a principal at Booz Allen Hamilton.

Graco said Hedlund will join its Audit Committee and its Management Organization and Compensation Committee.

The company’s board chair, J. Kevin Gilligan, said Hedlund brings a growth-oriented mindset, international market experience and manufacturing-sector knowledge. Hedlund holds both a bachelor’s degree and an MBA from Dartmouth College. The market has reacted to these announcements by moving the company's shares 1.3% to a price of $75.57.
