The company said Banati will report to Chair and Chief Executive Officer Dirk Van de Put and join the leadership team.

In the release, Mondelez said it had 2025 net revenues of about $38.5 billion and operates in more than 150 countries. Today the company's shares have moved -1.22% to a price of $60.12. For more information, read the company's full 8-K submission here.
