Mondelez International said Amit Banati will become executive vice president and chief financial officer on July 1, replacing Luca Zaramella in the CFO role.
Banati most recently served as chief financial officer of Kenvue. Before that, he was vice chair and chief financial officer of Kellanova, formerly Kellogg Company. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Kellogg, Procter & Gamble, Cadbury Schweppes and Kraft Foods.
Zaramella will remain executive vice president and chief operating officer, with responsibility for the company’s commercial operations, including its four geographic regions, corporate sales, marketing and supply chain functions.
The company said Banati will report to Chair and Chief Executive Officer Dirk Van de Put and join the leadership team.
