Mondelez International said it has named Amit Banati as executive vice president and chief financial officer, effective July 1, 2026, replacing Luca Zaramella in the finance role.
Banati most recently served as CFO of Kenvue and previously was vice chair and CFO of Kellanova, formerly Kellogg Company. Before that, he led Kellogg’s Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa region and earlier held senior roles at Procter & Gamble, Cadbury Schweppes and Kraft Foods.
Zaramella will remain executive vice president and chief operating officer and will now focus on commercial operations, including the company’s four geographic regions, corporate sales, marketing and supply chain.
The leadership change comes as Mondelez reported 2025 net revenues of about $38.5 billion and said it operates in more than 150 countries. As a result of these announcements, the company's shares have moved -1.22% on the market, and are now trading at a price of $60.12.
