Crypto.com, Trump Media and Technology Group, and Yorkville Acquisition Corp. said they are ending two previously announced deals tied to CRO and ETF plans.
The companies said they will mutually terminate the proposed business combination that was intended to create Trump Media Group CRO Strategy, Inc. They also said all initial discussions and development work tied to that digital asset treasury structure will be formally concluded.
Separately, Crypto.com, Trump Media, and Yorkville America said they will not move forward with their planned servicing arrangement, under which Crypto.com would have serviced certain anticipated ETF offerings from Yorkville America.
The update means Yorkville America’s ETF plans remain in place, but without the Crypto.com servicing component. The market has reacted to these announcements by moving the company's shares 3.24% to a price of $10.21. For more information, read the company's full 8-K submission here.
