Curtiss-Wright expanded its 2026 share repurchase program by $100 million, lifting expected buybacks for the year to $260 million.
The company said it will begin repurchasing the additional $100 million in shares immediately through a 10b5-1 program. It is also still working through the $60 million repurchase program it launched in January 2026, which it expects to finish this year.
After those programs are completed, Curtiss-Wright said it will still have $290 million of remaining open repurchase authorization.
The new expansion comes on top of the company’s existing 2026 plans, increasing the annual repurchase target from the prior level implied by the earlier $60 million program to $260 million total for the year. The market has reacted to these announcements by moving the company's shares -3.41% to a price of $671.92. Check out the company's full 8-K submission here.
