United Fire Group declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share, unchanged from the prior quarter if the company continues at the same payout rate, and set the payment date for September 18, 2026, to shareholders of record on September 4, 2026.
The company also expanded its board to 12 members with the appointment of Teresa “Terri” Brown as an independent Class C director, effective August 21, 2026. Brown will sit on the risk management and audit committees.
