BitMine Immersion Technologies said its crypto and cash holdings rose to $14.9 billion as of Aug. 23, up from the prior period, driven by a larger Ethereum position and additional weekly buying.
The company said it now holds 5,847,611 ETH, valued at $2,440 per token, plus 210 bitcoin, a $180 million stake in Beast Industries, an $89 million stake in Eightco Holdings and $308 million in cash and marketable securities. ETH accounts for 4.8% of the 120.7 million token supply, according to the company.
BitMine said it added 32,447 ETH over the past week. It said its ETH holdings are 97% of the way to its stated 5% target. The company has bought ETH every week since launching its ETH treasury strategy on June 30, 2025.
Of the 5,847,611 ETH held, 5,067,309 are staked, representing $12.4 billion at the stated token price. BitMine said that means 87% of its ETH is staked. It said its 7-day staking yield was 2.67% annualized, and that annualized staking revenue is now projected at $330 million. In a fully staked scenario, it projected staking rewards of $381 million annually.
The company said its total staked ETH has increased to 5,067,309 from prior levels, making it the largest ETH treasury and the largest ETH staker it says it knows of. It also said it remains the second-largest global crypto treasury behind Strategy, which it said holds 840,447 bitcoin valued at about $70 billion.
BitMine said ETH gained 30% in the past week. It also pointed to its own accumulation pace, saying it has been building its ETH position for about 14 months and now owns nearly 4.8% of supply.
The company said it was added to the Russell 1000 on June 26, 2026. It also said its preferred stock trades on the NYSE under BMNP. As a result of these announcements, the company's shares have moved 5.96% on the market, and are now trading at a price of $24.19.
