Kraft Heinz Co Moves Stock Listing to NYSE

Kraft Heinz said it will move its common stock listing from Nasdaq to the New York Stock Exchange, with trading on the NYSE expected to begin Sept. 14, 2026, under the same ticker, KHC.

The company said the switch comes as it enters what CEO Steve Cahillane called the next chapter of its transformation. Kraft Heinz described itself as one of the world’s largest food and beverage companies, with about $25 billion in net sales in 2025.
