Integra Lifesciences Holdings priced $450 million of senior secured notes due 2033 at 9.500%, adding a new layer to a refinancing package aimed at replacing its existing credit facilities.
The company said the notes are expected to close on or about October 19, 2026. The debt will be issued as general senior secured obligations and guaranteed by Integra’s wholly owned domestic subsidiaries that already back its senior secured credit facilities.
The offering is being used alongside borrowings from a new credit facility to refinance existing debt and cover related fees and expenses. In dollar terms, the new notes total $450 million of principal, and the company has set the coupon at 9.500% through 2033. The market has reacted to these announcements by moving the company's shares 3.15% to a price of $13.41. If you want to know more, read the company's complete 8-K report here.
