Live Nation Entertainment priced a two-part senior notes offering totaling the equivalent of about $1.37 billion, with $730 million of 7.125% notes due 2032 and €600 million of 6.125% notes due 2032.
Both tranches were priced at 100% of face value, meaning the company is not taking a discount on issuance. The dollar notes carry a 7.125% annual coupon, while the euro notes carry a 6.125% coupon.
The company said it expects to close the offering on October 15, 2026. Proceeds are earmarked first for the full redemption of its outstanding 6.500% senior secured notes due 2027. After fees and expenses, any remaining cash may be used for general corporate purposes, including the repayment or repurchase of other debt.
The new notes will be guaranteed by Live Nation and by domestic restricted subsidiaries that already back its senior secured credit facilities. Following these announcements, the company's shares moved 0.29%, and are now trading at a price of $171.34. Check out the company's full 8-K submission here.
