Integra Lifesciences Holdings said it priced $450 million of 9.500% senior secured notes due 2033, adding a new layer of debt as part of a broader refinancing.
The company said the notes are expected to close on or about Oct. 19, 2026. Proceeds, together with borrowings under a new credit facility, will be used to refinance existing credit facilities and cover fees and expenses tied to the transaction.
The new notes carry a 9.500% coupon and mature in 2033. They will be senior secured obligations of Integra and guaranteed by the company’s wholly owned domestic subsidiaries that already guarantee its senior secured credit facilities.
Integra did not disclose a change in the size of its existing credit facilities in the release, but said the debt sale is part of a broader refinancing transaction. As a result of these announcements, the company's shares have moved 3.15% on the market, and are now trading at a price of $13.41.
