Live Nation Entertainment priced a private senior notes offering totaling $1.33 billion, split between $730 million of 7.125% U.S. dollar notes due 2032 and €600 million of 6.125% euro notes due 2032.
Both tranches were priced at 100.000% of face value, meaning the company is set to raise the full principal amount before fees and expenses. The notes are scheduled to close on October 15, 2026.
The company said it will use the proceeds to redeem in full its outstanding 6.500% senior secured notes due 2027. The new financing also covers offering-related fees and expenses, with any remaining funds available for general corporate purposes, including possible repayment or repurchase of other debt.
The new notes carry lower coupon rates than the debt being refinanced: 7.125% on the dollar notes and 6.125% on the euro notes, versus 6.500% on the notes due 2027. The market has reacted to these announcements by moving the company's shares 0.29% to a price of $171.34. If you want to know more, read the company's complete 8-K report here.
