Integra Lifesciences Holdings said it priced $450 million of 9.500% senior secured notes due 2033 as part of a broader refinancing.
The company said the notes are expected to close on or about Oct. 19, 2026. Proceeds from the offering, together with borrowings under a new credit facility, will be used to refinance existing credit facilities and cover related fees and expenses.
The new debt adds a fixed coupon of 9.500% on the full $450 million principal amount, which implies annual interest expense of about $42.8 million on the notes alone.
The notes are being issued as senior secured obligations and will be guaranteed by Integra’s wholly owned domestic subsidiaries that also guarantee its senior secured credit facilities. Today the company's shares have moved 0.22% to a price of $13.44. If you want to know more, read the company's complete 8-K report here.
